Your illuminated saber is painstakingly designed to operate care free for many years. If purchased directly from Genesis Custom Sabers, it’s covered in the following ways for as long as you own the saber.<\/p>\n

  1. \n

    Defects in workmanship<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Problems arising from normal wear and tear that show a flaw in the construction of the saber. Parts and labour will be covered.\n
        \n
      1. \u201cNormal wear and tear \u201c may differ depending on the saber design and is the responsibility of the customer to understand at time of purchase. For details see your sabers operation video.<\/li>\n
      2. Warranty does not cover blades.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Damage to the saber<\/h3>\n
            \n
          1. Problems arising from normal wear and tear that cause a failure in the saber. Labour will be covered, parts will be provided at a discounted price.<\/li>\n
          2. Parts failure; Over the years it’s not uncommon for a part to fail. If that happens, labour will be covered, replacement parts will be provided at a discounted price.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Warranty is void if…<\/h3>\n
                \n
              1. Saber is transferred to a new owner.<\/li>\n
              2. Saber is taken apart by client (beyond what is necessary to replace an SD card).<\/li>\n
              3. Customer makes any claims regarding the saber damage which are proved false upon inspection of the saber by me.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
